  Congratulations, You’ve bought a boat!
 
  Now a few things you need to know about taking delivery.
 
 
  1. We deliver boats on Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays ONLY
 
 
  2. South Shore Deliveries take place at our Marina at the Bergen Point Yacht Basin,
                                                                                                 601 Bergen Avenue, West Babylon, NY


  
Directions:
   From the West:
     Sunrise Hwy exit to Route 109 – Southern Parkway: Exit 33 to Route 109.  Head South a few miles and bear right at the fork at
      the Hess Station/West Babylon High School onto Great East Neck Road.  Follow this road under the Train Overpass and on to
      Montauk Highway.  Read Bergen Directions Below   
 
   From the East:
     Best to take Route 231 south to the end.  Bear right and travel through the Town of Babylon.  Approximately 1 mile past the Lake,
      you’ll come to the light at the Burger King.  Read Bergen Directions below.  

     Bergen
Directions: Head south ¾ mile.  The Boat Yard is on the Left.  It’s best to park on the road and walk in.  The Parts/Service
      department is in through the glass door.  Let someone behind the counter know you’ve arrived. 
    Please attempt to arrive at least 15 minutes earlier than your appointment.
 
 
  3. North Shore Deliveries 
        
take place at our Showroom at 217 West Broadway (Route 25A), Port Jefferson Village, NY 
 
 
    Directions:
     Long Island Expressway Exit 64 (Route 112) North.
     Travel 5-6 miles to Broadway (Route 25A) and turn left. 
     The Showroom is 1/4 mile on the left.  Park in designated parking areas.  Upon arrival, let someone in the 
      Service/Parts window know you’ve arrived. 
       Please attempt to arrive at least 15 minutes earlier than your appointment.
 
 
  4. There is a Deli open next door for refreshments.
 
 
  5. All Deliveries include an informational sea-trial. 
     Sea-trials are conducted Rain or Shine, so dress appropriately.  Your Captain will explain every detail of the boat, including
     safety checks, storage, engine use, and the use of any owner installed options, such as electronics.  During times of severe
     weather, the Captain will determine if it is unsafe to take a sea-trial.  Sea-trials can be rescheduled later in the week, deliveries
     can not.
 
 
  6. Once you’ve been familiarized with the boat, you will finish off your paperwork with the
       delivery coordinator.
 

The Final Payment, including fuel costs and additional items purchased through Islander must be paid by cash or Certified checks only.  Remember: Your coordinator is only there to witness your signature and collect final payment. 
    a. Questions regarding your finance payments are to be handled by the Business Manager.
    b. Questions regarding additional Electronics purchased through Islander are handled by the F&I Manager.
    c. Questions regarding operation of the boat are handled by the Service Manager.
    d. After delivery, Questions regarding operation problems or extended warranties are handled by the Warranty Manager.

 
 
  7. All Trade Boats must be on site and checked prior to Delivery.
 
 
 

8. Trailered Boats: 
     You need a 2 inch Ball and a Flat-4 connector for the wiring already installed on your vehicle.
